Directions :
- Remove the bottle cap and detach the inhalation cap from the bottle.
- Attach the inhalation cap to the nozzle.
- Place the inhalation cap over the nose and mouth. Press down the nozzle for 10-15 seconds while inhaling and release the nozzle while exhaling.
- Repeat as needed. (8-10 times)
